How this site was built
I sell a method, so I applied it to my own website. This is how it went.
-
An interview with Claude
It started with a conversation. Claude asked me questions: who should read the site, what do I stand for, how should it look? I picked the visual direction from mockups in the browser.
-
A written specification
The conversation produced a specification with goals, facts, design and fixed interfaces between the parts. It settles what may appear on the site. Invented numbers and clients are ruled out.
-
Building in waves
The build was split into 9 steps in 5 waves. Within a wave, agents worked in parallel, each with its own files and its own check at the end. Cheaper models (Haiku) took clearly scoped tasks. Stronger models (Sonnet) took design work and tasks that needed coordination.
-
Review against the spec
After each wave I checked the results against the specification, with tests and type checks. Design and accessibility polish came next. Agent reports are not proof, so I re-ran every check myself.

Running on a German server
The site runs on a server in Germany. Fonts are self-hosted, and the analytics are cookieless and self-hosted too.
I apply the same method in your company.
